Named for Place Bellecour in Lyon, France, Bellecour brings Chef Gavin Kaysen’s celebration of French culinary tradition to Minnesota. Our North Loop location opens as a French bakery and café, and transforms into a cozy neighborhood restaurant at night, while our Edina café offers the same beloved bakery and daytime menu from morning to early afternoon. Whatever the hour, Bellecour remains rooted in authentic French cuisine and heartfelt hospitality, a neighborhood gathering place that honors tradition while serving the community we call home.
