YIELD: 1 32-oz Pot Pie
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove your pot pie from the packaging, leaving it in the foil pie tin.
Cook for 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let cool slightly, and serve.
Ingredients: chicken, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, flour, butter, cultured cream, white wine, black pepper, salt
Chef’s Tips
- If the pot pie has been thawed, bake time can be reduced to 40 minutes.
- Pot pie can be refrigerated for up to 4 days after thawing or baking.
