YIELD: 6 Cookies
YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 18″ x 13″ sheet pans
- Parchment paper
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt
PREPARATION
Immediately before baking:
Remove the cookies from the freezer. Preheat the oven to 350° with no fan or convection. Adjust your oven racks to have one rack in the middle of your oven.
Place parchment paper on your baking sheet.
Remove the cookies from their packaging and place 6 cookies evenly spaced on your sheet trays. If you only have one tray, bake up to 5 at a time—they will spread!
Baking:
Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven rack and bake for 15 minutes. The cookies should be golden brown and firm on the edges, but still soft in the center. Bake an additional 2 minutes if needed.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on the pan before serving.
Ingredients: butter, sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla paste, flour, eggs, baking soda
