YIELD: 6 cookies
YOU WILL NEED:
- 18″ x 13″ sheet pan
- Parchment paper
- Small mixing bowl
- 1 cup granulated sugar
PREPARATION
Remove the cookies from the freezer. Preheat the oven to 350° with no fan or convection. Adjust your oven racks to have one rack in the middle of your oven.
Place parchment paper on your baking sheet.
Fill a small mixing bowl with granulated sugar.
Remove the cookies from their packaging and toss them all in the sugar so they’re entirely coated. Place 6 cookies evenly spaced on your sheet tray.
Place pan in the middle of your oven and bake for 15 minutes. The cookies should be firm on the edges, but still soft in the center. Bake an additional 2 minutes if needed.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on the pan before serving.
