YIELD: 6 cookies
YOU WILL NEED:
- 18″ x 13″ sheet pan
- Parchment paper
- Small mixing bowl
- 1 cup granulated sugar
PREPARATION
Remove the cookies from the freezer. Preheat the oven to 350° with no fan or convection. Adjust your oven racks to have one rack in the middle of your oven.
Place parchment paper on your baking sheet.
Fill a small mixing bowl with granulated sugar.
Remove the cookies from their packaging and toss them all in the sugar so they’re entirely coated. Place 6 cookies evenly spaced on your sheet tray.
Place pan in the middle of your oven and bake for 15 minutes. Rotate the pan 180 degrees and bake for another 4 minutes. The edge of the cookies should be firm and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on the pan before serving.
